In-stock cushions and replacement seats usually ship within 48 hours. Allow 4-6 weeks for custom cushions and 2-4 weeks for rockers.

Rockers are shipped via UPS Freight, FedEx Freight or Southern Freight due to oversize shipping cartons, please advise us of any shipping considerations to your location in the Additional Information box on the checkout page.

If your address incurs additional freight or delivery charges above our allowed charges for free shipping we will notify you before shipping your order. See our FAQ page for more information.

Please also note that shipping includes residential delivery to the door only. If you ask the driver to bring the carton inside, or unpack it for you, you may incur additional charges from the delivery company and these additional charges will be charged to you.
